Our Policies

CANCELLATIONS

We understand things come up and sometimes you need to make a change in your regularly scheduled program.

VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS

Full payment is required at time of booking. Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Appointments in Spanish and French require 24-hour advanced booking time, and are subject to a language surcharge.

Please note that all appointment cancellations or reschedules need to take place at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled appointmentPayments made in advance will be applied to new appointment times.

Failure to provide 12-hour advanced notification will cause forfeiture of payment.

IN-PERSON SERVICE APPOINTMENTS

We try our best to make sure we save a time slot especially for you to give you the full attention you deserve. In order keep the time available just for you, a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required for all appointments.

All deposits will be applied as a credit to the total cost of your service.

PAYMENT POLICY

Cash, Zelle, and PayPal (you can use your credit cards with PayPal WITHOUT having a PayPal account) are the accepted payment options. All services are subject to NY sales tax.

REFUND POLICY

We aim to please all of our clients and will do our best to make sure your service is top notch. Therefore, we have a NO REFUNDS policy.

LATE POLICY

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to settle in and fill out some short paperwork. We know things happen sometimes, so if you are running more than 15 minutes late, please let us know and we will try to fit you in for a shorter appointment or reschedule you for another time.

PRODUCT POLICY

For products that are either unopened or unused, we accept exchanges for store credit within 2 days. If you’re unsure about a product, we’d be glad to make a sample of it for you to try at home, so you can be sure about your purchase.

SERVICE POLICY

All clients are voluntarily participating in treatment by Mirror Mirror Skin Co LLC and  agree to indemnify and hold harmless against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by the client or anyone on the client’s behalf, including attorney’s fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by the client or by anyone else acting on the client’s behalf.

GIFT CARD POLICY

Physical gift cards are like cash. While they never expire, they can’t be replaced if lost or stolen and have a ONE-TIME use. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

PRIVACY POLICY

All client information is kept in secure confidentially according to HIPPA regulations.
