Appointment & Payment Policies
In-Person Appointments
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. To avoid forfeiting your deposit, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your service at checkout.
Please note that consultation, skin analysis, and treatment planning appointments require full payment at the time of booking.
Treatment Consent & Liability Notice
By receiving services from Mirror Mirror Skin Co LLC, clients voluntarily participate in treatment and agree to hold Mirror Mirror Skin Co LLC harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from services provided, including reasonable attorney fees and related costs where applicable.
Virtual Appointments
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
To avoid forfeiting payment, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Additional Policies
Cash, Zelle, and major credit cards are accepted. All services are subject to New York sales tax. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may incur a $30 surcharge. Missed appointments without notice are subject to a $50 no-show fee.
Please mention any gift card when scheduling your appointment. Gift cards may be applied to eligible full-price services.
